Space Availability - Faculty Research Carrel

The Thurgood Marshall Library has the Faculty Research Carrels for faculty on the 2nd floor of the building. 

To access the Research Carrel, please check in at the Library Administration Office 2211.

Bookings are limited to current faculty and staff of Bowie State University.

• You must use the BSU email to submit your booking request.
• Failure to return the space or equipment in appropriate condition will result in a fine. 
• The BSU Bulldog Card ID is required when checking out the faculty carrel. 

The following rules apply to all research carrels in Thurgood Marshall Library:

• Eating and drinking are not permitted in the study rooms.
• Audio devices without earphones are prohibited; Study rooms are not soundproof.
• Do not cover or block doors and windows.
• The library is not responsible for items left in or stolen from study rooms.
